- Belt friendly cleaning achieved by the sagging function of the blade segments
- The tungsten carbide segments manufactured from stainless steel are individually supported, can adapt
dynamically in the running direction of the belt and move 180° on its own axis - Modular system composed of system suspension tube, carbide-blades, PUR assembly foot and spindle tensioning device with brace
- Consistent and ideal contact pressure, which is easily adjustable by using the torsion tension unit with spindle adjustment
- No tools needed for segment fitment – exchange due to clamping fastener
- Not suitable for reverse operation
